PPL operates as a single team without internal silos. Our management team are responsible for managing resources, quality and ensuring client outcomes across all of our projects and programmes. Managers are drawn from a range of backgrounds and bring national and international experience in developing and delivering major improvement and change.

    Folarin brings over a decade of health and public-sector consultancy experience, covering acute services, commissioning, primary care and out-of-hospital services, system-level governance and telecare / telehealth. Folarin’s expertise, combined with his experience across the NHS, gives him a firm grounding in robust, high-quality delivery programmes that minimise unnecessary disruption and provide assurance to local, regional and national stakeholders. more

    Natasha Larkin leads PPL’s learning and development offer and has over 10 years’ L&D experience in the public and charity sectors. Her experience spans the full learning and development cycle from scoping and identifying learning needs through to bespoke design, delivery, and evaluation of individual, team and organisational impact. more
