Adult social care is under greater pressure than ever before. With colleagues from the Social Care Institute for Excellence, we support organisations to evaluate where they are, to apply evidence and nationwide best-practice to the challenges they are facing, and to co-design and implement strategies and services that integrate with health and other public services - all better to meet the needs of local people.
We can help you to understand and model current demand and spend, test the impact of new models of care, and build the business case for change - but our work is not simply limited to analysing problems, or the potential solutions.
Across the UK, we have teams working with local authorities and their partners to make person and community centred care a practical reality. From the back-office to the frontline, this is about supporting people to build care services that enable individuals to achieve the goals that matter to them. Our approach towards social care transformation is asset-based and strength-based, empowering individual and building upon their capabilities and their measures of success.
We have supported adult social care transformation projects with local authorities and regional improvement partnerships across the UK. We are an approved local authority supplier with our services accessible through Nepro and direct via the latest ESPO framework.
