Senior Projects Manager
Ellie joined PPL in January 2019 as a Senior Project Manager following a career as a senior logistics officer in the Royal Air Force. During her RAF career Ellie undertook a number of diverse appointments across the globe and has a strong background in customer-focused operational delivery, strategic planning, data capture and analysis, change and project management.
Most recently, Ellie worked as a planning director project managing operational and logistics planning to support the Ministry of Defence strategic objectives. She has led, designed, managed and delivered complex projects which has required key stakeholder engagement and management, risk identification and management, identification and understanding of second and third order consequences delivering successful outcomes.
Ellie’s military experience enables her to build relationships at all levels within an organisation, understand the drive and desire to deliver the right outcomes for the customer.
Ellie’s experience brings together a long and successful career in the military, including a number of leadership roles, and a background in organizational psychology. Through this combination Ellie has developed an acute understanding of how and why people think, feel and behave in large public organisations and systems. Ellie’s experience can support clients to better understand their people, their motivations and individual differences, in order to increase the outcomes that they achieve through collaboration.
Ellie holds an MSc in Business & Organisational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and an MA in International Defence Studies from Kings College, London. Ellie has also completed the Chartered Manager Level 7, PRINCE 2 Practitioner level, APMP, NEO 3- Pi Level A & B qualified and Introduction to Coaching.
