Victoria joined PPL in 2015, after completing her Masters in Health Psychology at UCL. There she gained expertise in behavioural science applied to preventive healthcare and chronic illness, as well as a comprehensive understanding of research methods and statistical analysis.
Alongside her MSc, Victoria worked part-time at Public Health England as the project manager for a 4-arm randomised controlled trial looking to reduce antibiotic prescribing in Primary Care. Her previous business experience also includes two-years working in global healthcare communications, and health policy experience from an internship at the Wellcome Trust.
Since joining PPL, Victoria has been working with North West London CCGs on a large-scale transformation programme to develop their children’s services. This project has involved designing a new model of care for children, focusing on ‘Paediatric Assessment Units’ and paediatric critical care. Victoria is also the day-to-day project manager for the maternity services within the programme.
Within these roles, Victoria has furthered her experience in project management, service planning, strategy development, financial modelling and data analysis, whilst applying her skills and knowledge obtained from her prior work in the area of public health and behaviour change.
Victoria holds an MSc (Distinction) in Health Psychology from UCL and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Manchester.
