Our Staff

Combined, PPL and our partners employ over 150 permanent public sector consulting staff, resources who are being continuously supplemented through proactive workforce planning and development. We conduct skills audits across our organisations, with named leads responsible for joint workforce planning; we actively recruit from a range of relevant backgrounds, including global consultancies, specialist firms, experienced managerial and frontline staff, and via apprenticeships; and all staff receive annual skills and capability training related to their role, externally accredited to national and international standards. Her experience spans the full learning and development cycle from scoping and identifying learning needs through to bespoke design, delivery, and evaluation of individual, team and organisational impact. more

    Principal Consultant

    Toby joined PPL in January 2016 as a Senior Consultant with over six years of consulting experience. He is currently the Primary Care lead for the PMS contract review process at the NWL collaboration of CCGs’ Strategy & Transformation team. This role involves working with a number of CCGs to develop and implement a strategy for a new model of primary care. more

    Vish Valivety joined PPL in 2014 as an Analyst Consultant after attending Imperial College London. There, he specialized in operational science and focused his thesis and consulting project on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. more

    Nicole joined PPL as a Junior Analyst in 2014 directly from PPL’s internship scheme. She has gained wide exposure to the current health and social care landscape and worked across several client projects to support the delivery of integrated care systems and improve access to primary care. more

    Russell joined PPL as an Analyst in April 2016 after five years working across the public and third sectors. Most recently, Russell worked for a local authority in the North West, managing the development and delivery of youth and play services. In this role he was also seconded to the Integrated Children’s Public Health Commissioning Team, where he led on establishing a social franchise within the authority and project managed a review of the local authority’s SEND reforms. more

    Laura joined PPL in May 2016 as an analyst. This role involves supporting the delivery of several projects, with a focus on analytical and strategic thinking. Laura has strong communication and analytical skills, and she enjoys translating findings into recommendations to clients. Previously, Laura worked in the public and private sector. Most notably, she was on the NHS graduate management training scheme. more

    Hannah joined PPL in 2016 as an Apprentice directly from the NHS, having undertaken clinical training. At PPL she is gaining invaluable experience collaborating knowledge of practical healthcare with emerging models. At PPL, Hannah supports projects from the private and public sector, incorporating her underpinning insight of the practical systems in healthcare with provisions made by stakeholders. more

    Ken joined PPL in 2016 and is our Finance and Operations Manager, previously a Senior Finance and Administration Senior Executive at the Hong Kong Tourism Board. He holds a degree in Information Systems with Business Management from Westminster University. more

    Laura joined PPL in May 2016 and is our HR and Office Assistant. In previous roles she provided high quality human resources and recruitment services.Laura has a track record of improving and streamlining HR and recruitment systems and since joining PPL she has been working on improving operational processes, streamlining recruitment, induction and staff development. more
