Our Team

Combined, PPL and our partners employ over 150 permanent public sector consulting staff, resources who are being continuously supplemented through proactive workforce planning and development. We conduct skills audits across our organisations, with named leads responsible for joint workforce planning; we actively recruit from a range of relevant backgrounds, including global consultancies, specialist firms, experienced managerial and frontline staff, and via apprenticeships; and all staff receive annual skills and capability training related to their role, externally accredited to national and international standards.
