Natasha is a Senior Consultant who joined PPL from Accenture’s UK Health Technology Growth Platform. She has an excellent track record of managing large scale system implementation projects on time and on budget within both public and private sector. Her skills include strong project management, business analysis and system implementation experience.
Joining from Accenture’s UK Health Technology Growth Platform, Natasha has a track record of project managing IT transformation projects within time and on budget. As a TPP Clinical Software Project Manager, Natasha was responsible for the IT Transformational deployment of SystmOne Community and Community Hospital. Prior to this she also led a team to complete the contractual stage for 4 NHS Trusts with a (total) value of £1,786,000. This involved the ownership of requirements gathering and analysis, leading meetings with senior stakeholders and producing project, financial and resource plans for the Trust Project Boards.
Prior to working on the UK Health Account, Natasha was the Transformation Scheduling and Client Engagement Lead for Accenture’s RBS Network Transformation Project. This large scale deployment delivered client benefits of approximately £135m through simplified network architecture, reduced management costs, optimised global sourcing and improved utilisation management.
Natasha holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Strathclyde University.
