Natasha Larkin leads PPL’s learning and development offer and has over 10 years’ L&D experience in the public and charity sectors.
Her experience spans the full learning and development cycle from scoping and identifying learning needs through to bespoke design, delivery, and evaluation of individual, team and organisational impact.
As a Senior Consultant for not-for-profit specialist consultancy The Management Centre, she supported a variety of public and charity sector organisations to develop their leadership capabilities. This included working with the MS Society to develop a leadership competency framework, and with the Richmond Fellowship in the launch and delivery of a large scale modular leadership and management programme.
She has particular interest and expertise in mental health and, through her role at the Mental Health Providers Forum, supported providers to improve their recovery and outcomes focus, most notably through her lead role in the implementation and development of the ‘Recovery Star’ tool across the sector.
Natasha holds a Bsc in Psychology from Kingston University.
