Lynn joined PPL in 2015 as Junior Analyst after having gained her Master’s degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Here she studied Health Economics, Policy and Law; focussing on health policy and global health.
At PPL Lynn supports analytical and strategic thinking through working on data collection, analysis and translating findings into key messages. Lynn has strong skills in communication and engagement and the ability to take a helicopter view, looking beyond organisations to strengthen care networks.
Previously, Lynn has worked in the public and third sector. Most notably, she worked as intern at the United Nations Development Programme where she managed and analysed data on sustainable financing of national HIV programmes for nine countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She also conducted a stakeholder analysis on the prospects of key stakeholders in Dutch health care using Grounded Theory and examining their application of strategic foresight. This analysis was performed for the Dutch Council for Public Health and Health Care (RVZ).
Lynn holds an MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in European Public Health from Maastricht University both in the Netherlands.
