    Paul Corrigan gained his first degree in social policy from the LSE in 1969, his PhD at Durham in 1974 and has been appointed visiting professor of public policy at the University of North London since 1995. Most recently, Russell worked for a local authority in the North West, managing the development and delivery of youth and play services. In this role he was also seconded to the Integrated Children’s Public Health Commissioning Team, where he led on establishing a social franchise within the authority and project managed a review of the local authority’s SEND reforms. more
