• Professor Paul Corrigan CBE

  Chair, Advisory Group

  Paul Corrigan gained his first degree in social policy from the LSE in 1969, his PhD at Durham in 1974 and has been appointed visiting professor of public policy at the University of North London since 1995. He is a former Special Advisor to No. 10 and whilst in government led the development of Foundation Trust. He has subsequently become a highly respected commentator on healthcare across the UK. more

• Greg Parston

  Senior Advisor

  Greg Parston is the former Chairman of the Office for Public Management (OPM), a company that he co-founded in 1988 and led as chief executive until 2003. Respected internationally, he has extensive experience of public service delivery and policy and has advised leaders in government and civil service around the world. He was Director of the Accenture Institute for Health and Public Services, and served on HM Treasury's Public Sector Productivity Panel. more

• Naomi Eisenstadt CB

  Senior Advisor

  Naomi Eisenstadt was the government's first Director of the Sure Start Unit, which she ran for 7 years. The Unit was responsible for delivering in the government’s commitment to free nursery education places for all three and four year olds, the national childcare strategy, and programmes aiming to reduce the gap in children's outcomes. She is currently a senior research fellow at the University of Oxford. more

• John Foster CBE

  Senior Advisor

  John Foster was a local authority Chief Executive for more than 19 years. He stepped down as Chief Executive of the London Borough of Islington in June 2011 to pursue an active career as an advisor and non-executive director in the public sector. In 2008, John received a CBE for services to local government. more

Noorzaman has worked across a range of public sector consultancy services including as Director of Board and Leadership Services at Harvey Nash PLC and as a member of the NHS Institute Worldwide Board. more

  Hilary Samson-Barry is a former Director of Partnership for Children, Families and Maternity within Central Government. Following this she joined Turning Point with responsibility for developing strategic partnerships, new markets and innovative funding models with public and private sector partners. more

  Mariana is a former Transformation Development Lead within an NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this she was seconded to work with Ernst & Young where she was engaged as Transformation Project Manager for a £50 million Cost Improvement Programme. Mariana's project management experience includes the implementation of an NHS HR shared services team in the NW of England, in addition to leading on QIPP, pathway redesign and telehealth projects. more
