Understanding the positive role that private sector innovation and technology can bring into public service delivery but also the risks and issues involved on both sides. Providing advice and support to ensure that investments make sense and deliver benefits to all the parties involved.
Translating technological advancements into business outcomes
Developing strategies which make sense of technologies as diverse as Customer Relationship Management, Virtualisation, Converged Voice and Data Networks and Performance Dashboards - from vendors including SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft - into improved outcomes for organisations and their customers.
