Strategic Client Advisor
Joe has worked at senior level in the public and private sector for most of his career. This includes board level experience in the English health and care and charitable sectors, running healthcare operations and developing strategy. After playing a leading role as Programme Director for two major health reform programmes, transforming Community Services, and the transfer of public health to Local Government, Joe left the NHS and established a consultancy offering strategic development to NHS Trusts, and market development advice to Digital Health suppliers.
Joe has contributed to national policy on integrated care and community care and has worked at the interface of health and local government throughout his career, most recently for Public Health England, where he helped the Local Government Association to develop a sector led health peer review offer for local councils. He is currently advising an STP on the roll out of their place based care programme and an NHS Trust leadership team on developing their vision for a local accountable care system. Joe is a Carer (shared) for an elderly parent and a volunteer befriender in a London Irish charity.
