David Segal is a consultant with four years of experience delivering business and information technology change for Health and Public Sector clients.
David joined PPL from Accenture’s Health and Public Sector Group, where he specialised in the delivery of large transformation projects and IT delivery. During his time at Accenture, he was part of the solution design teams that helped deliver welfare reform for both the ASD project and Universal Credit, an update to the licensing system for the Medicines and Healthcare Product Regulatory Association (MHRA) and the design of the operational policing processes and IT system for the newly formed Police Scotland.
David’s skills include project management, business process design and strong stakeholder management capabilities. He also has a good understanding of the useful application of technology including the use of digital technologies to enable business improvement and development.
David holds a BA (hons) in Modern History and MA in International Security, both from the University of Warwick.
