Cat is a Manager who joined PPL as a Principal Consultant in 2015 from iMPOWER Consulting, where she worked predominantly with local government clients on Adults and Children’s transformation and efficiency projects. She is a specialist in whole system transformation, with a particular interest in working closely with stakeholders to implement sustainable change that will improve outcomes for local people.
Her experience includes developing and implementing a partnership early intervention and prevention strategy for children and their families, identifying opportunities to manage demand and encourage independence in Adult Social Care, creating a resource allocation system for a drug personalisation pilot and undertaking an options appraisal to determine the future delivery model in Children’s Social Care.
In health she has completed work to redesign the hospital discharge process and worked with CCGs and local authorities to develop behaviour change initiatives to overcome challenges in delivering integrated care. Most recently she has been working on the Better Care Fund implementation support programme, taking responsibility for engagement to ensure that programme activities and outputs are co-designed with key stakeholders.
Cat holds a BA in Geography from Oxford University and an MSc in Globalisation from University College London. She has completed Foundation level MSP and is an accredited MINDSPACE trainer holding CMCT certification.
