posted 22 May 2017

Last week, PPL was announced as the inaugural winner of the 2017 Management Consulting Association Award for “Consulting Excellence - Client Service and Value”.

Over the last ten years, PPL has built a consulting team around delivering exceptional client service and value, applying the principles underpinning Consulting Excellence to develop an extensive portfolio of client relationships and outcomes. As a result, PPL has grown consistently, with a repeat business rate in excess of 95% and with 100% of staff, in independent surveys, recommending PPL as an organisation to work with and a place to work.

The MCA Judging Panel praised PPL’s commitment to client service and value, noting:

This firm is driven by the impact that they make with their clients, and that the whole firm lives by their values, ensuring that it is a powerful and sustainable values-driven business. They demonstrated great clarity of vision, impressive leadership, and a relentless focus on impact and benefits for clients”.

Managing Directors Claire Kennedy and Simon Morioka are delighted with PPL’s win, commenting:

We are extremely proud to be the first recipient of the MCA’s Consulting Excellence, Client Service and Value Award. This is a real testament to the whole team’s commitment to affecting positive change with lasting impact for our clients, and a brilliant recognition of the values that make PPL unique”.

The MCA Awards have been running for 20 years, and are the benchmark for quality within the consulting industry with winners were by an independent panel of experts. In 2013, PPL were the proud winners of the MCA’s inaugural Innovation Award.

PPL has over the years been amongst the finalists numerous times. This year, PPL was also nominated for the 2017 Change Management in the Public Sector Award for its work transforming Hospital Discharge in North West London. Find out more about this work here.
